For customers who choose from EU Warehouse, we ship from Germany & Netherland. We need 1-3 business days to pack and dispatch your parcel and 3-5 business days to get it delivered
Warehouse: Shenzhen, China.
Processing Time: We need 1–3 business days to prepare your order before handing it over to the shipper. After that, you will receive a tracking number. Delivery usually takes 10–15 business days.
Customs Clearance: The parcel is shipped to your shipping address. We are responsible for clearing customs. We are 100% confident that the clearance will be successful. If the customs clearance fails, we will provide double compensation. We do not accept refund requests just because it is waiting for customs.
